Clinics in Ontario, Canada
If your clinic is located in Ontario, Canada, the Ontario PHIPA Client Agreement applies.

If your clinic operates in another jurisdiction or has unique regulatory requirements, please contact us before completing checkout. If we mutually agree to additional terms, those will be set out in an order form or separate agreement.
By completing checkout, signing an order form, or using the services, you confirm that you are authorized to bind your clinic or organization and that you accept the agreement applicable to your clinic’s jurisdiction. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
