These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Ample AI website at ampleai.co, including its blog and demo booking (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Ample AI is the business name of 2771764 Ontario Inc. (“Ample AI,” “we,” “us”), 1065 Canadian Place, Suite 201 #332, Mississauga, ON L4W 0C2, Canada.
1. Our Services and Your Client Agreement
Ample AI provides AI-assisted referral intake, patient calling and scheduling (the “Services”) to specialty clinics located in Ontario or British Columbia only.
These Terms cover the Site only. A clinic’s use of the Services is governed by its signed client agreement and order form, which depend on where the clinic is located:
Clinics in Ontario: the Ontario PHIPA Client Agreement.
Clinics in British Columbia: the British Columbia PIPA Client Agreement.
If these Terms and a client agreement conflict, the client agreement wins. Booking a demo or talking with us does not commit you or us to anything.
2. Who Can Use the Site
The Site is for healthcare organizations and professionals. If you use it for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to act for it.
If you are a patient, please contact your clinic about your care, appointments or health information. We cannot answer medical questions or share patient information.
3. Not Medical Advice, and Not an Emergency Service
The Site and the Services are administrative tools. They do not give medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Each clinic and its physicians are responsible for all clinical decisions.
The Site and the Services, including the AI patient line, are not emergency services. In a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
4. AI and Its Limits
AI can make mistakes. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate, so clinics review what the Services do.
Physicians decide. When the Services flag a referral or suggest a priority, they follow criteria the clinic’s physicians set. A physician at the clinic makes the decision.
Examples are illustrations. Sample referrals, calls, screens and results on the Site show how the Services can work. They are not a promise of results for your clinic.
5. Do Not Send Patient Information Through the Site
Do not enter patient information in the Site’s forms, in demo bookings or in emails to us. If we receive it this way, we will delete it.
6. Acceptable Use
When using the Site, do not:
copy or scrape its content by automated means, or use it to train AI models;
try to access our systems without permission or interfere with their security;
send malicious code or spam; or
use the Site in a way that breaks the law.
7. Our Content
The Site’s content, including text, graphics, logos and the Ample AI name, belongs to Ample AI or its licensors. You may view it and share links to it, but you may not copy or republish it without our written permission. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely.
8. Blog Content
Blog posts are general information about referral management and clinic operations. They are not medical, legal or privacy advice and may become out of date.
9. Other Websites and Tools
The Site links to services run by other companies, such as Calendly for demo booking, Google Docs for our client agreements, and LinkedIn. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for them.
10. Fees
Pricing is per physician, per month, with a monthly allowance of AI-assisted referrals and voice minutes shared across the clinic, overage charges above the allowance, and a one-time setup fee. The amounts are set out in each clinic’s order form, in Canadian dollars plus applicable taxes.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
12. No Guarantees About the Site
We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or always available. This does not change anything in a client agreement.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent the law allows, Ample AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim about the Site is limited to CAD $100. Liability for the Services is governed by the client agreement.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The Ontario Superior Court of Justice in Toronto, Ontario has exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about the Site or these Terms. Disputes about the Services follow the process in the clinic’s client agreement.
15. Changes and General Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Changes do not affect any signed client agreement. If any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
